Climb, set rigging, and make the cuts up in the tree. The most skilled spot on the crew and it pays like it.
Good fit if: you've climbed before — or you're solid on the ground, not scared of heights, and want to learn. We'll train the right person.
Run the bucket truck, position it safely, and make cuts from the bucket on removals and trims.
Good fit if: you're steady, careful, and comfortable off the ground. Experience helps but isn't a dealbreaker.
Run the chipper and the stump grinder, keep them fed and maintained, and clean the site up when the cutting's done.
Good fit if: you're mechanically minded and follow safety rules every single time. No experience needed.
Haul the truck and equipment to and from job sites, run loads to the dump, help on the ground between runs.
Good fit if: you hold a valid CDL and have a clean record. Working on your CDL? Still apply.
Run the job from start to finish. Plan the work, direct the crew, keep everybody safe, talk to the customer.
Good fit if: you've run tree jobs before and people listen to you. This is a move-up spot for the right guy.
